Kilwa Beach Lodge, a newly opened boutique hotel contacted us about a complete re-branding solution for their lodge.

Our initial digital marketing plan highlighted the fact that there were few websites of any quality for the area and so ranking for keywords would be a priority.

We began with visiting the hotel and designing a logo that epitomised the lodge, this logo was then adopted on to business cards and printed materials.

We then constructed a website built on WordPress with full optimisation for ranking high on search engines using large amounts of unique content and background SEO techniques.




Print media was developed for the local market for use as advertising in magazines and as flyers to be handed out at specific locations.


A social media marketing campaign was carried out resulting in over 3000 likes of the Facebook page; this was then tied in with a Facebook competition.

 To improve the website’s standing a blog was setup and on site search engine optimisation tactics were combined with a backlinking program.

Within 12 months – the lodge website was in the top 3 Google rankings for all keyword and keyword phrases.
